[1.16.5] Contrapion when quiting game caues world to "lock"

Describe the Bug
when you quit a world and a massive contraption or something of this sort is running and join back in, this exact shot happens, the game will still work but the server becomes unresponsive (single player "in-client" server) and prevents any action from taking place. the world becomes "lost" unless the mod is removed or some softawre that can open the world deletes the affected entity

the game server should not become unresponsive as a direct result of leaving a contraption on a minecart deployed when quitting the game

Other that this happend before
after using NBT editor and it THANKFULY freeing my world, I can confirm that this issue is not a chunkloading issue but apperas to be if you "join" the wrold wtihin a close proximity of the contaption. if you move yourself away using a third party program to change your current cords and go back to that location when its not loaded, the issue is non-existent.
This tells me it has to be within those lines. Hopes this help and I hope this does get fixed
