Error message prevents me from loading forge 1.16.5

Describe the Bug
The create mod prevents forge from launching and allowing me to play the game.
Reproduction Steps
1.installed create and put it in my mods folder
2.try and load up forge
3.it crashes
...
I do not know if this could be reproduced but this is what I did
Expected Result
for Minecraft to boot up normally and I not to have any issues

Literally following the instructions on that error screen will solve your issue. Create mod requires you to install Flywheel as well. Many mods require these and they are known as dependencies. https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/flywheel/files/all?filter-game-version=1738749986%3a70886 is the link to the Flywheel mod. Probably just install the latest version along with 0.3.2g for best results.
