Crash when loading chunk with farming contraption [ATM 7 Modpack - Private Server]

Describe the Bug
I was building a basic farm contraption, and i stopped the arm of the harvesters above the hole where the lever is attached to the encased fan, there was a tiny gap because of the inferium farmland where i could see the lever i turned the lever on and i crashed. Anyone that went near the chunk where i crashed crashed again and again. Anyone on the server that went near it crashed. My friends took the map to singleplayer and edited some chunks and ended up being able to delete the contraption and get the map to work in SP but when taking the map back to MP it still crashes.
Reproduction Steps
1.Magmablock, encased fan (deafult minecraft lever attached), mechanical bearing, horizonal chasis, attached with slimeball 8 liner chasis.
2.Inferium Farmland (no crops planted), liner chasis spins around once, then lever is turned off and the liner chasis block the hole where the lever is.
3. Attempt to switch lever while chasis is above the hole and the farmland leaves a tiny hole to see through to switch lever.
4. Switch Lever and Crash.

Expected Result
Client Crash, Server remains stable. Anyone that renders the contraption crashes.
