Describe the Bug

When holding dual potato cannons, if looking at a block within breaking range, only the right cannon can fire. Once it fires once, you cannot fire again until you shoot the left one into the air.

Reproduction Steps

1. Equip dual potato cannons
2. Look at block
3. Shoot once, right hand should work as intended
4. attempt to shoot again, left hand should refuse to shoot.

Expected Result

Identical behavior to when shooting into the air

Tested in development environment exclusively.
The video was recorded on fabric, however behavior is identical on forge.
