Current bug with vanilla tools on toolbox

Describe the Bug
If you use the durability of a tool and place on a toolbox slot containing at least one of the same tool without use, the used tool dissapears after you unload and reload the chunk.
Reproduction Steps
- Use a pickaxe, axe, shovel, etc at least once to wear a point in durability
- Store it in a slot containing at least one unused of the tool you used and close the toolbox
- Unload the chunk by teleporting away from it and reload it
- Open the toolbox.
Expected Result
As explained before, the expected result should be the disapearance of the used tool.
