It would be helpful if we could use engineer's goggles as a curio rather than a helmet. With them being non-enchantable, it's easy for a project (such as underwater construction) to involve having to remove and re-equip the goggles frequently.

Alternatively, making them enchantable addresses the same issue from a different angle.
