Describe the Bug
All the links on https://github.com/Creators-of-Create/Create/wiki/Create-Schematics and in other schematic pages lead to non-existent pages in Simibubi's fork instead of the correct pages in the Creators-of-Create wiki

Goto https://github.com/Creators-of-Create/Create/wiki/Create-Schematics and click links
Expected Result
To go to https://github.com/Creators-of-Create/Create/wiki/Schematic instead of non-existent https://github.com/simibubi/Create/wiki/Schematic
