Server crash: Ticking block entity

Describe the Bug
I noticed my server was down and found in the crash reported a schematic cannon had caused the crash. I was working on the world file anyway at the time and had downloaded it locally. My initial thought was to update the mods and forge, but it crashed with the same error. I opened the world in NBT Explorer and deleted the cannon. The world started up just fine after that.
Before update:
- Forge 39.0.14
- Create 0.4b
After update: - Forge 39.0.20
- Create 0.4c
Reproduction Steps
...
Not sure exactly the steps the player took, but I was just trying to load the world after downloading it.
Expected Result
The server should not crash when players use schematic cannon.

Thanks for the suggestion. I will ask the player if he has Optifine installed on his client.
