Describe the Suggestion

Netherwart and warped wart blocks occasionally grow all the way to the ground, covering the trunk of the nether 'tree'. This prevents more conventional farm designs from working reliably, and for unintuitive reasons. If the sawmill blocks can cut through leaves, and through wood, and through warped stem, they ought to be able to cut through the netherwart & warped wart blocks that make up the 'leaves' of the nether trees.
