while a standard set of ores could be supported, at what point do you expect create to stop adding extra things unrelated to create? crushing recipes should be added by the modpack developer not every given mod. as a modpack developer (since you added another mod to your mod set, thus developed a modpack), you need to add overlapping recipes...thats the responsibility of the one balancing mods in a pack
if I add a random "rust ore", and you include my mod, you shouldnt expect some other random mod to also add a "rust dust" for it. The scale of that would be unsustainable.
Balancing what man? You dont play 1.18 create right? It doesnt double ores anymore, just give you a bit exp for crushing, so for "balancing" reasons you should remove other mods recipes, also, ores like silver, lead, nickel, etc are classic ones and good to be added for crushing mod recipes, not everyone want to fck with adding recipes for every bit of overlapping things, for me i just want to add mod with some other mods and play with it, without configs and other, and also modpacks are not a thing for me, they never have all the mods i want.

Caused by BluSunrize/ImmersiveEngineering#5221. It's fixed in dev, but there isn't a release with the fix yet.
