[suggection] Add a Create-specific orb that gives you some positive effect when pondered

Describe the Suggestion
With all the wonderful things that Create adds to Minecraft, there is one thing sorely missing: an orb to Ponder. We can already ponder Belts, Fans, and so many other things, so why not add an Orb for us to ponder and focus our thoughts? Perhaps this focus could be used to allow us to visualize things more clearly in the real to let us place "ghost blocks" to plan things out.
