Describe the Bug

With some optifine shaders, whenever a contraption makes a block move, visually, the whole screen gets messed up until the contraption stops moving. Another thing is that whenever a moving block stops, the player glitches through it causing elevators to be a hassle to build.

Reproduction Steps

1. (Visual Problem) turn on optifine shaders other than internal.
2. (Visual Problem) Create a contraption with moving blocks
3. (Physics Problem) Make a moving contraption with some fast moving parts (up and down in my case).
4. (Physics Problem) Activate it and stop it. The player will clip through the block that they are standing on.

Expected Result

I expect none of the visual glitches nor the physic glitches.
