Describe the Bug

The contraptions will build and will move around a track successfully but any interactive parts such as chests, drills, motors etc will become static upon assembly, meaning drills stop and chests can't be opened. I'm sure that they should be able to function correctly as I have seen contraptions with working drills on before.

Also: 4c doesn't seem to be an option for mod version which is what this is

1. Build a Minecart contraption with moving parts
2. Assembly contraption
3. See if parts stop moving
   ...

You can't directly interact with inventories on a contraption. And I'm pretty sure that things like drills, when on a contraption, will only move either when they're actually trying to do something (such as mining a block), or when the contraption is moving.

Thanks for the reply. So I've just tested a similar build on 4b and the drill now moves when the contraption is moving which it wasn't doing for some reason on 4c.

As for the chests, the reason I thought that it was possible is that I've seen a video on YouTube of someone who made a boat that moves with chests on it and they could open them, although I guess the boat wasn't moving when they did so perhaps I was mistaken about that.
