Describe the Bug

This occurs in the mod pack "Create Above and Beyond".

When you attach a sticker to a pulley the sticker doesn't activate itself when reaching ground powered by redstone.

This same behaviour with pistons works.

Reproduction Steps

1. Place a pulley
2. Attach a sticker facing down to it
3. Put a redstone block below the pulley so when the sticker reaches ground it should activate
4. Run the mechanism

Expected Result

The sticker should activate when it reaches ground and founds a redstone source
