Describe the Bug

the bug is that when you place sticky_mechanicil_piston and piston_extension_pole
and then activate it with some sort of redstone power source it crashes the game

Reproduction Steps

Place sticky_mechanicil_piston and piston_extension_pole
Place clutch and motor
Activate it with a redstone power source
Minecraft go die

Expected Result

Actions can be performed normally
