Describe the Bug

I am not sure if it is intended for this mod or if it a server side issue/ modpack issue but I cannot troubleshoot how to unlock gameplay settings in the Create Config so that I can enable movable spawners.

Reproduction Steps

1. Open ESC
2. Navigate to the Goggles on the left side
3. Configure
4. Gameplay Settings
5. There is a red lock on the right side that disallows me to edit any gameplay

Expected Result

Being able to edit config settings

Additional Context

Running a server from Apex Hosting (of which I have also tried troubleshooting through their server settings but there are no options available since the config lies within Create)

Gameplay settings configuration requires you to have operator status. Try using /op on yourself via the server console
