Eye and Player Tracker

Describe the Suggestion

These two blocks recognise when a player is looking at them, called "Eye Tracker", or the player is underneath them, called "Player Tracker".

With the "Player Tracker", players who are not wanted by Base can be recognised and an alarm can be triggered. Or other creative things.

With the "Eye Tracker", you could make it so that when you look through a corner of the house, a redstone signal comes. This would be very practical for secret bases. For example, if you build a combination lock system that sends the player back up no matter what you enter, you can put it in a corner and when you look at it, that's the only time the door opens.

You could also press on the blocks with a block and then it transforms. So with the "Eye Tracker", if you have a fridge with an iron door, you could only trigger the redstone if you open the fridge and look at the lower iron block.

I had the idea from EnderIO. I think it's a cool idea and should be implemented in the real game.
