Describe the Bug

once I placed a mechanical piston (or whatever it's called) the world crashed, now I cannot join it anymore, I had Optifine when it happened, I removed it and tried joining, still nothing.

Reproduction Steps

1. take a mechanical piston from the creative menu.
2. place it?

Expected Result

I expected the mechanical piston to place, like any other block.
