Describe the Bug

Create has an interaction with the left control key that overwrites other functionality.
For context, I use left control for opening chat in-game, but because of create's functionality with left control chat will not open. This can not be changed in the controls menu because create doesn't have a section to change this. I've had this problem on multiple modpacks with create in them, and I tested with only create and create is the one causing the issue.
Although, other modpacks that I have played that have create haven't overwritten left control, so there is a way to fix this that I do not know off

Reproduction Steps

1.Change chat key to Left Control and remove any conflicting keybinds
2.Try to open chat with latest version of create and it doesn't open
3.Try another keybind and chat opens

Expected Result

I expect the chat to open when I press control, but it does not

Additional Context

The modpacks I played that had this issue were Create Above and Beyond and Iskall85's Vault Hunters modpack, but the issue can be replicated with solely create in a fresh forge environment. so it is not a mod conflict issue
