Tested with just Optifine and Create installed. Does not occur without Create.

Reflections in water when using SEUS PTGI look like this:

This only seems to happen with this specific shaderpack.

I'm having the Same issue as above, but my settings are
minecraft 1.14.4
forge 28.1.99
create-mc1.14.4_v0.2.2b
OptiFine_1.14.4_HD_U_F5
and SEUS_PTGI_E9
it seems to happen with any version of forge that works with create and any version of PGTI

What are your shader settings? So far can't manage to recreate the issue.

I should note that I am on forge 28.1.107 as it is the newest forge that I've found to be stable with optifine.

Shader is set to it's default settings.

Forge version is 28.2.0, Optifine version is 1.14.4_HD_U_F5, SEUS version is PTGI_E12
