Describe the Bug

Slabs and stairs made of alternative stone blocks (like Asurine, Limestone, Crimsite etc.) are hard to break and can't be harvested in Survival Mode. Using 1.18.1 latest version (0.4d).

Reproduction Steps

1. Place slabs or stairs in the survival world
2. Suffer :)
   ...

Expected Result

Easy to break with Efficiency IV pick and drops after breaking, lol.
Btw any enchantments are completely ignored.
