Describe the Bug

Hello,
I have a server and sometimes when you charge a chunk with any create contraption it loses all of the light. It's annoying because you need to destroy and replace every light source in the chunk to get the light back, and obviously, it looks ugly.

Reproduction Steps

1. Discharge the chunk with the contraption.
2. Charge it again.
3. Sometimes the bug will happen and the light in all the chunk will be gone.
   ...

Expected Result

I expect to not get the light off, I don't understand what happens.

There is not a crash report for this, it's just a bug.

I use shaders but everyone on the server has the main problem and they don't use shaders.
