wierd texure glitch with create blocks and normal chests

Describe the Bug
when i place like a mixer i cant see the whisk and u see a tiny and sometimes big texure interface of sorts show up
if anyone knows how to fix this pls help and it also happens with double chests its really wierd
Reproduction Steps
- i place a mixer or a double chest or some other create blocks
- it glitches

i expected it to just place normally

Включи и выключи анизатропную фильтрацию несколько раз через оптифайн, возможно поможет. Когда то это кому то помогло 1 раз.
Plese say me what is your Video Card is an AMD? Or from Nvidia? Just i don't have this glitch with textures on Nvidia, but my friend on AMD Have this why? Idk, but i remember how for one helped enable and disable in optifine Anisotropic filter.
We just paly on aternos server with mods and i still want to play with this nice mod but for one person this didn't help.
And i trying to found how to fix this. Even without Optifine this glitch still appears always.
The mod was for version 1.17.1
