Brass Funnels filtered to Lapis, Redstone, Emerald will not pick up Lapis, Redstone, and Emerald off of mechanical belt

Describe the Bug
Having a brass funnel(s) on a mechanical belt set to lapis, redstone, and/or emerald will not pick up that item off of the belt.
NOTE: Version is actually 0.4d instead of 0.4c.
Reproduction Steps
- Put brass funnel on mechanical belt filtered to either Lapis, redstone, or emerald
- Put item on belt
- Funnel will not pick up that item.

Expected Result
Funnel will pick up item.

The arrows on the side of funnels are not cosmetic, they show whether a funnel is in input or output mode.
The funnels that are not taking items in your video are in output mode, right click them with a wrench to change the mode.
