Describe the Bug

Sometimes, mechanical belt starts breaking on its 13'th consecutive direction shift. Reloading the save fixes this problem.

Reproduction Steps

1. Put two axes
2. Connect them with a belt
3. Connect one of the axes to a power source through a gearshift.
4. Attach the gearshift to a slowly pulsating redstone signal.
5. If you are unlucky/lucky it will break after 6 cycles of going clockwise and counterclockwise.

Expected Result

Mechanical belt not breaking.
