Engineering Goggles not functioning fully

Describe the Bug

This bug was listed previously - but closed as 'stale'.

I'm not getting Engineer Goggles particles for rotation indicator on block placement. Specifically I don't get any rotation particles when placing a cog/shaft/etc.

I do get a small green particle that spawns but as mentioned in the stale bug report made previously, I only see it if I break the block quickly after placing. Particle is green, diamond/star shaped, appears dead center of the cog/shaft,

Goggles equipped in helmet slot, no other mods other than Create & Flywheel.

Graphics at fast or fancy.
1.16.5
Forge 36.2.20
Create 0.3.2.g

Reproduction Steps

1.Place rotation generator
2.Equip goggles
3.Add shafts/cogs
4.delete shaft/cog and note small particle
...

Expected Result

from what I've seen from gameplay/mod spotlights, particles should indicate the direction of rotation

This bug is present from commit a048285 to commit 1fdf1ff. The former was made between 0.3.2b and 0.3.2c while the latter was made between 0.3.2g and 0.4. Currently your only option to fix this is to update, since I'm don't think another patch will be released for 1.16.

As in update to 1.18?

Because thats a bummer. Bug isn't critical though so not a huge problem to live with. Just wanted to see the particles go round (says the grown man).
