Using filters in the Schematiccannon deletes them and doesn't add the filters to funnels

Reproduction Steps

1. Make a schematic with filtered funnels
2. Setup the canon to build the schematic
3. Add resources
4. launch canon
5. rip filters :(
   ...

Expected Result

1. filters gett added to the funnels or 2. filters dont get consumed.
