Describe the Bug

The grappling hook deletes itself when you have it throw and pick the block you're looking at.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Have the grappling hook in your hand with the rest of your hotbar full.
  2. Throw the hook somewhere and let it land.
  3. Look at a block in range that is different from the items in your hotbar and you have atleast 1 of it in your inventory.
  4. Press the button (i.e. middle-mouse-click) to switch to the block item in your hotbar.

Expected Result

The hook stays thrown but the item in your hand will be swapped.

Additional Context

So it happened quiet a lot, but it always re-appeared in my inventory. This time it dissapeared. Maybe add a lock like the backpacks when the backpack is opened. But being able to switch items in the hotbar while dangling from a roof in big open caves, gives the the right spellunking feeling, so please don't change that aspect.

Never mind, it is ennoying that it switches items while it's thrown, I just saw I right clicked it in a Create crafter.
