Gantry wont move due to Windmill?

Describe the Bug
Gantry refuses to move due to Unmovable Block "Windmill Bearing"
The gantry as far as I can see should be separate from the gantry's structure but for some reason it's trying to connect to it?
Btw 0.4d is the version of create im using but it's not listed yet.
Reproduction Steps
Uncertain.
Expected Result
Gantry should not be detecting the windmill bearing and should be moving along the rail.
