Try turning flywheel on.

Flywheel optimizes the rendering as I remember.

Okay!
Turning flywheel on surely make performance way better but it's turned off automatically when using shader.
Turning it on with force when using shader makes the graphic buggy.
I hope one day Flywheel will be compatible with Optifine shader then. :)

commented

Unlikely Flywheel will be fully compatible with Optifine. Optifine is closed source which means it's difficult for mod developers to see what's causing issues.
