Describe the Bug

Both stack number and item filtering doesn't work for funnels. when I attached funnel to any stroge block and select specific item on filter slot or put a filter in it doesn't matter what I do it sends everything also when I arranged stack number it works and send right amount. Howerer it works only for first stack for others it sends whatever left and my system always stuck because left items. Just tunnels work properly when I use item slot on it and doesn't work with other filters (brass or normal).
Plus after I wrote all of that I tried to use 1.18.1 v0.4c version it did't change or fix issue.

Reproduction Steps

1.First I cancel all mods I had except forge and optifine (flywheel). and Tried again on creative world and same issues happened
2.Then I updated forge and tried again nothing change.

Expected Result

Filter sytem is my only problem. If those funnels and filters work I can Do Whatever I want.
