Describe the Bug

I have a quarry in my world hooked up to a rotation speed controller, but I can go any faster then about 150RPM, or else the contraption starts phasing through solid layers. This means I have to go and destroy the layer manually because the quarry head cannot move back up because of the layer of blocks blocking the path.

Reproduction Steps

1. Have a layer of drills connected to a layer of chassis
2. Start making the speed higher
3. The drills will start to phase through blocks at high RPMs

Expected Result

The drills will mine each layer consistently forming a large hole.
