Describe the Suggestion

1. Add an option (on/off with wrench?) to harvest leaves when cutting down trees.
2. Option (in config-file?) to replant (same) sapling after cutting down tree, just like the harvester replants crops.

Additional Context

1. Currently there is no way (I think) to harvest leaves in bulk with create, so adding that option would remedy that.
2. Replanting saplings with a deployer is not always a viable or elegant solution in big tree-farms as they get in the way of logs/leaves as the cart or gantry moves.

IMHO "things getting in the way" is just a consequence of designing larger contraptions that the contraption maker needs to work around. Making a thing that cuts down things suddenly plant saplings seems way off. Deployers do that job perfectly fine, and their reach of two blocks should help getting around most of these issues.

Yeah, that's why I suggest to make it an option (in the config file). Different people have different design "limits".
