Diagonal chutes pick up items off of belts.

Describe the Bug
Chutes places diagonally in a chain will still pull items off of a belt that runs over them.
Reproduction Steps
1.Place a storage item.
2.Place a chute on top.
3.Place more than 2 chutes in a diagonal patter up and away from the original
4.Run a belt directly over one of the chutes places in a diagonal placement (not the first or the last chutes).
5.Run an item across the belt.
6.Notice item is picked up from the belt and fed down the chute network.
7.This does not happen to items dropped in world on top of diagonal chutes without the belts.
Expected Result
Expected that diagonal chutes don't pick up items as they are connected to other chutes on both 'input' and 'output'. Rendering doesn't show that they would be able to accept items, they appear as a continuous 'pipe'.
Screenshots and Videos
Notice the Shaft siting on the diagonal chute while anything placed on either of the belts will get pulled in even though they're over "unconnected" chutes.
