Mechanical Arm cannot feed Lava Bucket to Blaze Burner

Describe the Bug
When a mechanical arm is assigned to feed a blaze burner, it can't accept lava buckets as a fuel source. The mechanical arm, given an input depot with a lava bucket and an output as a blaze burner will simply idle and do nothing.
Reproduction Steps
- Place a lava bucket into a depot
- Place a blaze burner
- Place mechanical arm with depot as input and burner as output
- Supply mechanical power to the arm
- Mechanical arm idles rather than feeding the burner
Expected Result
The mechanical arm should take the lava bucket, feed it to the blaze burner, and be left with an empty bucket in its hand, much like what happens if you manually feed a blaze burner a lava bucket.
