[Bug] Cannot remove Shapeless Recipes from Mechanical Mixer in "create-server.toml"

Describe the Bug

I expected to be able to disable shapeless crafting recipes in the Mixer, but you can't seem to remove them. They still show up in JEI.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Set "allowShapelessInMixer" to false.
  2. Join game.
  3. Profit.
    ...

Expected Result

Disable Shapeless Recipes in Mixer.
