Describe the Bug

Having two mechanical arms deletes a disc if they are activated too quickly with a jukebox. (Hard to explain, see video)

Reproduction Steps

1. Grab two mechanical arms. Have one lead from a storage source to a jukebox, fill it with discs. Have a second one leading from the jukebox back to the storage source. Power both with a redstone torch, connect to button with redstone, causing the torches to unpower when pressed.
2. Press the button once: The second mechanical arm will unload the current disc in the jukebox, the first one will load a new disc.
3. Press the button rapidly: The first mechanical arm will insert a new disc before the second mechanical arm has time to remove the current disc. This deletes the current disc.
   ...

Expected Result

The disc pops out of the jukebox like a player takes it out
or
the first mechanical arm waits until the second one removes the current disc before inserting a new one.
