Describe the Bug

Im Currently on 1.18.1, When ever i ponder All blocks Disappear and the Cam Bugs out, Causing the hand to Not move / Move slowly.
Sorry if this has already been solved.

1. open minecraft
2. Open a world
3. and then ponder.
   ...

I Expected to be able to ponder.
