Schematicannon cannot place colored sails

Describe the Bug

The schematicannon cannot place colored sails. Sail frames and white frames work as expected, but all other sails do not place, and in fact, do not show up at all in the required material list. Colored sails do work as expected when creative-mode printing a schematic, so this seems to be a limitation of the schematicannon rather than an issue with the block data in the schematic.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Place and color a sail
  2. Create a schematic containing the colored sail
  3. Attempt to build the schematic with the schematicannon

Expected Result

Ideally, it would be nice for the schematicannon to be able to place down colored sails. Either by supplying it with dyes, adding crafting recipes for colored sails, or foregoing the dyeing requirement and using white sails as an acceptable input.

Alternatively, replacing colored sails with white sails when placing down a schematic would also be preferable to entirely ignoring the blocks, as is currently the case.
