Describe the Suggestion

Cart can attach large amount of drills / contraptions into it, and does not necessarily require fuels to work, it only requires it if it should move by itself. Compared to stationary contraption, drill does not require fuel and work with no stress, no energy. It can completely replace certain contraptions, to avoid using energy.

Carts should use fuels / require fuels based on its components, and its limit should be configurable to prevent 'tweaks'.

I think this is worded a little confusingly. Do you want contraptions to use fuel when not moving, or not?
