Describe The issue:

Whenever looking at moving contraptions (specifically Windmills) my Fps drops from 50-60 all the way down to 20-35

Reproduction Steps

1. Build a Windmill of at least 25 sails
2. Look at windmill

Expected Result:

FPS remains the same and doesnt get locked at a low fps

Additional Context

Seems to be a lot better without shaders (little to no performance impact without shaders)
