Pondering Crashes Client

Describe the Bug
As title suggests, the game crashes when pondering block-breaking/harvesting blocks. However, placing the respective block does not crash and it functions perfectly fine. I tested a handful of the blocks of various types, as listed below.
Pondered & Crashed:
Drill, Harvester, Saw, Portable Storage Interface, Deployer
Pondered & Uncrashed:
Empty Blaze Burner, Mechanical Arm, Fluid Pipe, White Sail, Mechanical Pump, Mechanical Mixer, Water Wheel
Reproduction Steps
- Ponder any crashing ones listed above.
Expected Result
Pondering usually works fine and plays through normally, however it will crash at some step in the process for the previously mentioned blocks.

I can confirm this still happens in 1.18.1 (botania is installed here, too). I specifically had this happen with the chute
