Hose Pulley sounds and particles

Describe the Suggestion
If the Hose Pulley pumps infinitely, turn off the visible pumping (sounds and particles) or add a config to turn off.
When pumping out too fast, the FPS drops. The Problem only client side, to many sounds and particles (see video).
