Mechanical pistons cause crash

Describe the Bug
Minecraft crashes whenever I try to use mechanical pistons. It gives me exit code 6
Reproduction Steps
- Set up mechanical piston with extension poles
- Connect power source

Piston extends.

I downloaded everything that you did which the same versions, and here's what I found.
It seems like mechanical pistons crashed your game but this wasn't the case for me... BUT, whenever I activated the piston, the moving entity just disappeared, but it was still there. I tried this with a mechanical bearing with some radial chassis too, and the same the happened. Example below:

After removing the other mods, the problem still persisted, meaning that Create and Flywheel for 1.17.1 are just bugged. 1.16.5 and 1.18.1 work well from my experience, so you can just move to one of those, noting that 1.16 is no longer supported and 1.18.1 has all the newest features.
