Hi,

I'd like to suggest removing the speed increase when adding wool blocks to mechanical bearings. The gif below shows two simple setups - a closer turbine with 5 block-long arms, and a much farther one with 16 block-long arms.

While increasing power (stress) with larger "sails" makes sense, I feel the increased speed is actually counter-intuitive - you'd expect larger wind turbines to move slower in real life.
