Player can move through walls of a moving structure

Describe the Bug
When you attach a big structure to a minecart using the cart assembler the player sometimes glitches through.
Reproduction Steps
1.Make a minecart track using powered rails
2.Using the cart assembler attach a big house that is glued together
3.Put your self inside the house
...
Expected Result
I expected the player not going through the walls.
