Schematicannon doesn't always respect belt/shaft orientation

Describe the Bug
When building a structure with the Schematicannon, it will not keep the orientation of a belt connecting two vertical shafts. Essentially a belt on its side. It instead makes the belt horizontal, which is incorrect.
This is an example on the structure that was copied. This is the correct and desired orientation
After creating a schematic of this structure and printing it with the cannon, this is the result. You can again see the correct orientation in the background
Reproduction Steps
- Place a shaft in a vertical orientation
- Place a second shaft next to the first, also in a vertical orientation
- Connect the two shafts with a belt
- Save the structure into a schematic
- Print this structure with the cannon
Below is a test that was done using the simplest structure possible. The vertical is the original desired structure, and the horizontal is what was printed
Expected Result
Expected to have the structure printed exactly as it was copied
