1.18.1 Hose pulley causing Stack Overflow exception

A friend of me and I are hosting a minecraft server on 1.18.1 with forge 39.0.55 and create 1.18.1_v0.4d. When I placed a hose pulley with an attached pump (rotating at 256 RPM) and let the hose down into a large subterrean body of water (somewhat 50 blocks below the pulley, the server crashed and threw an overflow exception. Since it happened the moment the hose got activated, I strongly assume that the exception was caused by create. Since the server continues to crash anytime the chunk is loaded in, I'm unfortunatly unable to provide further detail. I can only give the log files and crash reports, if there's anything else needed, please let me know

I'm gonna assume this was already fixed in some update, if it still occurs make a new issue.
We were using MineColonies and the pulley tried to drain fluids inside the colony boundaries, so maybe the permission system of MineColonies caused this bug
