Describe the Bug

The 3rd windmill in the back will freak out visually, rotating and high speeds when at the distance in the screenshot. The others will do the same if moving to a similar distance.

Reproduction Steps

1. build a windmill
2. walk away for a moderate distance
3. look at it

Am experiencing the same bug. Windmills appear to spin extremely fast when near the edges of render distance. Makes them very silly to use.
