Describe the Bug

By pressing the button on the linked Controller, wich is connected to a Redstone Links it gets an output. But if you pressing the button on the linked Controller and get out of range, for example by using a minecart rail, the Redstone Link still gets and output even if I release the button on the linked Controller. The Only way to fix it is to get in the range back and click one time with the liked Controller to update the Redstone Link.
This btw works also in the other way, so if I press the button on the linked Controller out of range, the Redstone Link would´t give an output. But if I press the button and hold it and than get in the range if the Redstone Link, it would not be getting any output.

Reproduction Steps

1. Bind a Linked Controller with a Redstone Link
2. Build a Minecart Rail wich goes out of range of the Redstone Link (127 I guess)
3. Drive in a Minecart out of range of the Redstone Link and Pressing down a button, wich is connected to the Redstone Link at the same time
4. If you get out of range, the Redstone Link still would be getting and output even if you release the button

Expected Result

If I get out of range of the Redstone Link and I still pressing the Button on the Linked Controller, it should deactivate it itself automatically when Im out of range
